Official opening of Meuse Cycle Route

On Thursday 22 June the International Meuse Cycle Route was officially opened in Venlo. The route stretches for more than 1,000 kilometres from the source of the River Meuse to its mouth.

Limburg maintains 4* cycling status

Meeting to discuss 'cycle network 2.0'

On Friday 7 April, Routebureau gave a presentation about the ‘Cycle network in North and Central Limburg 2.0 – from cycling to experiencing’ during a meeting for local councillors, civil servants and relevant organisations. At the unique Via Creandi venue in Venlo, the attendees were informed about Routebureau’s ideas for adding a sense of ‘experience’ to the cycle network.

New cycle map for 2017

The new cycle map is now available from tourist information offices (VVV). The map shows the most up-to-date routes in the cycle network. It is also available from the Liefde voor limburg and VVV Midden-Limburg webshops.
